VOLUNTEER! MAKE A DIFFERENCE! HAVE FUN!

The Volunteer Program at Cottonwood was established to enhance supports to individuals, foster community relations, and provide additional resources to the agency. A wide range of opportunities are available that we hope will be equally beneficial to the Cottonwood consumer and the community volunteer.

Volunteer opportunities include:

Tutor – spend one-on-one time with an individual working on vocational, academic, or social skills. Share a skill.

Group leader – provide a learning opportunity for a group of individuals. Topics may include: nutrition education, safety, history of the Jayhawks, or any topic of interest to the volunteer that they would like to share.

Special event – an individual, group, or business may like to sponsor a one-time event. A pizza party, dance, safety fair, a picnic at the park, and just about anything you can dream of.

The gift of time. . .

We realize your time is important to you and it will be to us as well. Your time commitment will be equally agreed upon and may be once a week, twice a month, or a one time commitment.

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm
