EMPLOYEE OF THE QUARTER
Rebecca Neuhaus, Residential DSP III

Rebecca makes a difference with consumers, staff, and everyone she encounters at Cottonwood, through her work as a Residential Assistant as well as with helping out at the reception desk.

She clearly takes great pride in her work, always finding something to improve. She recently did an amazing job organizing the mail room and even cleaned the blinds in the reception area as well.

Her skills also extend to tailoring consumers’ clothes for them and even helping to design a Halloween costume this year!

Recently she took a former consumer (who now lives in a LTC Facility in Eudora) out for breakfast and then brought him over to Cottonwood to visit his friends here. This simple act of kindness made an everlasting memory for him to cherish in addition to brightening everyone’s day at Cottonwood.

Thank you, Becca, for your warmth, your compassion and your talent!
