Kim has made an exceptional impact on our organization in the just over three years since she joined us in January 2023 as our Billing Specialist. While she may be quiet by nature, her contributions speak volumes. Kim possesses an extraordinary attention to detail and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that her work is accurate, thorough, and of the highest quality.

Her depth of knowledge and experience in billing has been an invaluable asset to our organization. This is an area where we can always trust that things are handled correctly and efficiently, often with minimal issues thanks to her diligence and expertise. In a relatively short period of time, Kim also began assisting with payroll processing, and her strong work ethic and commitment to excellence translated seamlessly into this role as well. Kim brings tremendous value to our organization, and we are incredibly fortunate to have her on our team. This nomination is a heartfelt way to recognize her dedication, precision, and the steady, indispensable support she provides to our mission and to all of us.

Just recently, Kim played a pivotal role in a major transition with one of our HUD entities by assisting with the HAP voucher application process. This was no small feat and involved communication and coordination with a multitude of individuals, both internal and external. Kim was truly a team player by stepping outside her comfort zone on this project without hesitation. A consistent theme in all that Kim does is her ability to work quietly behind the scenes, ensuring that critical functions run smoothly. She is truly an “invisible force” whose reliability and consistency make a real difference every day—particularly in support of our mission to serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Because of this behind-the-scenes excellence, her contributions can sometimes go unnoticed, but they should not be underestimated.
