Ben is a database-building saint. He consistently delivers and enhances countless processes across our work. Collaborating with Ben is a joy—he listens thoughtfully, builds on ideas, and keeps the mood light with his humor. Even the most mundane tasks become more enjoyable with him on board.

Recently, we brought him a confusing jumble of spreadsheets and asked if it could be transformed into an automated process. As expected, he delivered brilliantly. Ben played a critical role in decoding complex formulas so that no one ever has to manually complete that process again. Now, instead of spending hours inputting numbers and running a dozen reports, we simply click a button once a month. It’s a game-changer—and it’s all thanks to Ben.
