EMPLOYEE OF THE QUARTER
Eric Kreitz, JobLink Employment Consultant

I am nominating Eric Kreitz for Employee of the Quarter because he truly goes above and beyond every day. Eric shows up with a smile, a great attitude, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
 

He’s built strong, meaningful relationships with both clients and business partners. He developed a new business partner (Michaels) at the end of last year. Since then, Michaels has hired four additional employees through JobLink. Eric has been able to do this by forming a great relationship with management to better understand their needs, job duties, and workplace expectations. He has similar relationships with several other businesses and as a result, he has been able to help many individuals find jobs. 

In addition, Eric is always a team player. He is always listening to other JobLink employees on what their job seekers are looking for. He’ll help brainstorm ideas while considering which of his business partners might have a similar need to what the client is looking for and is always willing to talk to businesses and advocate on the client’s behalf.  
 

Eric’s positive attitude is contagious. He treats everyone with kindness and respect. He is a great example of what it means to live out Cottonwood’s values and is very deserving of this recognition.
