Job Summary: Assist persons served in developing work skills and the appropriate behaviors necessary in attaining and maintaining independent employment. The Work Services Supervisor is responsible for completing appropriate documentation regarding the persons served.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred.  Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to Cottonwood’s insurance carrier. Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs. and provide physical interaction as trained in managing behavioral issues.
